I've been learning about computer networking long enough to perform a clean install on the operating system. Simple shit that assholes always abuse on their costumers. Charging like $100 for a install.
Oh just go to the BIOS and configure the shell settings on which to first look for an operating system. Then reset the computer and type any key to access installation, delete previous operating system and download new one.
How easy is that?!
